For those of you reading this that are not affiliated with Hope Point Church, bear with me for a moment. I spent this past weekend saying goodbye to my home church. I was blessed beyond measure to of had the opportunity to stand at the front of the church and have each of you pray over me, and over the journey that lies ahead for me. I simply cannot express to you how much I will miss all of you, and the influence you have on me every single week.

Over the past several years, I have gotten to know many of you on a personal level. I have shared in life moments with many of you… celebrating birthdays & new births. I have mourned along side you as you grieved. I have been able to encourage you during illness. I have knelt down next to many of you and prayed with you. I have met many of you at the alter and encouraged you as you called out to God. I have lived life with you, during the good and the bad times. We have built meaningful relationships with one another. It is all of you at Hope Point who have invested in me, and maybe without even knowing it, have brought me to a place in my own journey where I was prepared to accept this new journey that God has prepared for me.

Over the next year, regardless of where God takes me… I promise that my church family at Hope Point will not be far from my thoughts. I thank you for your love, for your support, for your prayers, and for simply being the amazing body of Christ that you were created to be! I may be the one leaving to accept this calling, but it is each of you who has made this possible by investing in my life! You have been Christ to me.

God has brought me a tremendous amount of peace knowing that I have a great team of people waiting to receive me at Adventures In MIssions. As I have begun to build relationships with some of them, I see many of you in their smiles, in their kindness, and most of all in their desire to live for our Lord. Know that He has already prepared a way for me, and that I will be surrounded by people just like you in Georgia. They will not replace any of you, but they will continue to invest in me just as you have!

So again, THANK YOU and may our God continue to bless each of you.
